A no-pressure call (15–30 minutes) where we get to know each other, explore your goals, and see if we’re the right fit.
Can I use insurance?
No. Coaching is different from therapy and isn’t covered by insurance. All sessions are private pay.
What forms of payment do you take?
I accept all major credit/debit cards and Venmo.
Is there support between sessions?
Yes. If you join the 3-month program, you’ll also have access to me on Slack (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm). I’ll respond within 24 hours so you feel supported in real life, not just during our calls.

How do I know if this is right for me?
The consultation call is designed exactly for this. You’ll get a feel for how I work, I’ll get a sense of what you’re navigating, and together we’ll decide if coaching is the right next step.

Intensives are like a reset: short, powerful, and meant to spark fast momentum.
